iIt's Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme for 2020 is KINDNESS 💚
This week, we will be turning our Instagram green to raise awareness and to spread kindness. We want to promote speaking out about mental health and talking about how you feel. We will be posting positive content each day to keep you smiling and to remind you that you aren't alone.
We have put together a 7 Day Mental Health Challenge that you can take part in below!
Day 1: Cleanse
- Cook some healthy meals
- Drink some lemon with hot water
- Plan your week
Day 2: Clean
- Clear out a cupboard
- Declutter your bedroom
- Donate 5 things you don't need anymore
Day 3: Be social
- Message someone you haven't in a while
- Plan a zoom call with your girls
Day 4: Sleep
- Meditate before bed
- Read a book in bed
Day 5: Detox
- Turn your phone on silent
- Write a gratitude list
- Start a craft or art project
Day 6: Energize
- Spend at least an hour outdoors
- Try a new exercise or online class
Day 7: Pamper
- Use a hair / face mask
- Watch your favourite film
- Paint your nails
- Take an hour to yourself #silentsunday
