Races Round Up 2019

The five-day British summer send-off event has somehow already been and gone. But worry not as we have collated our top 5 looks from each day of the races this year. From monochrome colourways to pops of fuchsia, we noticed a lot of artistically bold hats, big and small to wonderful, whimsical wears. If you went to the races make sure you tag us @isawitfirst in your looks as we are obsessed with them! Enjoy x

DAY 1: Yuxi Zhangklooks

Yuxi Zhangklooks kicks off the Royal Ascot gracefully in her elegant midi dress with a high neck dress featuring a triangle cut-out as well as a gold detailed button on the waist. She finished off her look with a circular hat tipped to the side. Perfect.

DAY 2: Sabrina Percy

We are in love with Sabrina's monochrome look here and she cinches in her waist with a chunky contrast belt. We also can't get over the delicate puffed shoulder detail to add a classic twist to this timeless dress shape.

Ladies Day: Judy Murray

Judy Murray is looking like a real life pink flamingo goddess in this number. We love how she chose to wear pink on Ladies Day as she channels all her gorgeous energy in this look (and pose). This is defo a fave from us!

DAY 4: Lottie Moss

Little sister of Kate Moss turns a basic white number into a striking statement look as the 21-year-old dressed to impress wearing an Alexander McQueen dress. To finish off this outfit she chose to wear some fluttery feathers and a beautiful, classic pointed court heel.

DAY 5: Charlotte Hawkins

The presenter blew us all away in this sweeping floor length polka dot dress. We loved how she chose to wear a matching waist cinching belt to show off her curves in a tastefully classy way. This was the perfect look to close the races!

We hope this has inspired you to get your best dresses out and glam up like our lovely ladies. We have so many stunning dresses similar to these in our pastel, wedding dresses and whites collections along with so many other pieces! Shop it here.
