An I Saw It First PR Executive will typically:

  • Write press releases, news stories, case studies and product pieces

  • Respond to phone calls and emails from journalists and stylists

Key skills

  • English language fluency: You need to have excellent written and spoken English.
  • Copywriting skills: You need to be hot on spelling, grammar and proof-reading, as well as have a creative flair for producing engaging copy.
  • Presentation skills: From communicating ideas to the team to presenting brand stories to journalists, you need to organise information in a way that will capture their attention.

Qualifications

A relevant undergraduate degree such as Fashion Communication, PR, journalism or English Literature is expected but not essential.

Previous Experience

6-12 months prior experience working in a PR agency, press office or fast-fashion environment is preferable, as coming in with a set of existing press contacts will set you apart from other candidates.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the brand guardian, building a credible brand expression for ISAWITFIRST across all customer touch points, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand experience

As the Booking Clerk you will have the overall responsibility for supplier bookings for all categories to ensure that stock is received on time and in line with company targets.

 

Key functional areas of responsibility

  • Collating bookings for all categories stock
  • Print daily collections and organise these with our driver
  • Liaise with Buyers and Merchandising teams from all categories in regards to booking dates and approvals
  • Liaise with the Warehouse in regards to deliveries and missed deliveries and ensure all categories are informed
  • Liaise with suppliers in regards to bookings via email and phone calls
  • Allocate intake targets per category and per day, and ensure this is communicated with the Warehouse and Merchandising team
