Role & Responsibilities:

You will be working alongside the QC team in a daily fit session where you will be trying on the latest styles. Your feedback on the garment plays an important part from the start so you must be willing to give honest advice on how the garment fits/feels/looks.

We are looking for someone with the below size:

  • BUST: 90cm
  • WAIST: 70cm
  • HIPS: 98cm

Alongside fitting the garments, you will also be required to carry out QC admin work.

Please note it is important that you meet the measurements stated above as this ensures the most accurate fit for our customer. Please also note this is not a photographic modelling role (pictures are only take for supplier reference) this position sits with the QC department.

Tasks, duties & responsibilities:

  • To prepare reporting and present in Weekly and Monthly Trading Meetings.
  • Drives the Test and Repeat Model to trade their area.
  • Reviews Daily and Weekly Sales performance and carriers out Rebuy and Markdown actions where required.
  • Reviews over and under performance at Product Group level and drives trading actions to maximise potential and minimise risk.
  • Seeds and manages a WSSI by accurately forecasting demand, OTB, returns, AVSP and margin.

Role & Responsibilities:

This role requires strong trend awareness as well as the ability to actively provide and use analysis to develop category merchandising on I SAW IT FIRST:

  • Derive data-driven insights from available datasets to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Working closely with merchandising, trading and buying teams with a good understanding of qualitative and quantitative financial models
  • Identify areas for improvement and saving through analytical approach
  • Utilise available tools, including Excel, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Python, Tableau, R

What you'll do as a Reporting Analyst:

  • Responsible for the smooth-running of the day to day Merchandising department reports
  • Monitoring the department performance and identifying opportunities, as well as potential risk/loss

  • Participating in trade meetings with Heads of and Directors
  • Evaluating the running of the department, whilst focusing on lead times and general performance.

Commerciality:

Job Summary:

  • To support the merchandising function for the business in order to ensure that all relevant stakeholders have accurate data which can directly, proactively and consistently inform decisions relating to maximising profitability and contributing to overall business strategy and growth.
  • To support the Head of Merchandising to ensure that the buying function is effectively controlled within the agreed business strategy, and that all necessary frameworks, controls and skill sets are in situ to enable the necessary degree of both long term planning and in season trading to maximise business performance.
