Role & Responsibilities:

This role requires strong trend awareness as well as the ability to actively provide and use analysis to develop category merchandising on I SAW IT FIRST:

  • Derive data-driven insights from available datasets to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Working closely with merchandising, trading and buying teams with a good understanding of qualitative and quantitative financial models
  • Identify areas for improvement and saving through analytical approach
  • Utilise available tools, including Excel, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Python, Tableau, R
  • Working with third party clients to provide data insights to grow their businesses, including trading, marketing, buying, merchandising and supply chain teams.

What you'll do as a Reporting Analyst:

  • Responsible for the smooth-running of the day to day Merchandising department reports
  • Monitoring the department performance and identifying opportunities, as well as potential risk/loss
  • Working closely with the Buying teams to successfully range plan for the department
  • Participating in trade meetings with Heads of and Directors
  • Evaluating the running of the department, whilst focusing on lead times and general performance.

Commerciality:

  • Most importantly, provide daily and weekly commercial product and website insights into the merchandising teams to enable them to sell more and drive more margin
  • Move business reporting forward from simple product reporting to trend driven product and commercial insight.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all sets of data available to provide a 360 degree view of the commercial proposition.

Online Visual Merchandiser

You will be responsible for the visual merchandising for the I SAW IT FIRST site. You will support the Senior Visual Merchandisers in ensuring we are representing a commercial Visual Merchandising strategy and maintaining the company’s visual standards across the site. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Presenting the product pool in the best possible way to maximise site conversion and revenue.
  • Making the customer journey to locate the desired product simplistic.
  • Ensuring that the customer can use filtering component to narrow down their search.

What you'll do as a Visual Merchandiser:

  • Responsible for product trading all of our onsite categories by ensuring the 1st pages are merchandised to meet our VM strategy.
  • Responsible for parts of the sites and pages, which are automatically merchandised.
  • Ensuring product is live on site with all key components as fast as possible.
  • Analysing each product within a category daily ensuring that you have captured all key metrics within the manual merchandised zones.
  • Develop a close working relationships with, studio, marketing and buying to ensure that all business priorities are met, ensure that communication between the teams is regular and productive.

Skills & Experience:

  • Responsibility for trading all of our onsite categories by ensuring the first few pages are merchandised to meet business requirements, ensuring that commercial KPI’s are met and conversion is maximised.
  • Responsibility for parts of the sites and pages which are automatically merchandised.
  • Implement processes within the team to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Become the ‘Gatekeeper’ of the I SAW IT FIRST taxonomy to ensure all products are allocated the correct attributes to enable them to find products on our website.
  • Knowledge of new technologies to enhance the shopping experience of our customers
  • Develop close working relationships with, studio, marketing and buying teams to ensure that all business priorities are met.
  • Work with the Ecommerce team to ensure all products are published in a timely fashion, managing daily priorities with studio and buying.
  • Use appropriate tools to ensure that customers using the search tool find the most appropriate products for their search term.

  • Perform keyword research around core product lines and seasonality to support new campaign launches and existing content
  • Conduct on-site and off-site SEO audits and competitor analysis.
  • Complete weekly and monthly keyword reports and Search performance
  • Work closely with the content and ecom teams to help produce SEO-friendly content
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance in organic visibility

Skills & Experience:
