We are currently looking for Brand Executives to join our team based at Ibiza's ultimate outdoor party venue, Ocean Beach Ibiza.
The role will initally be based at our head office in Manchester for two weeks while we get you up to speed with our brand where we will then fly you out to Ibiza.
As our brand Execs you will be wearing ISAWITFIRST everyday and will go around the whole island informing girls of ISAWITFIRST, showing them our product on an ipad, collecting data pushing them to go to Ocean Beach Ibiza to buy from the boutique.
The Brand Executive will be reposible for the following:
You will make up the bags of promotional goodies and give them to girls who fit our target market and data capture of emails and phone numbers.
Manage the inventory of merchandise and stock for Ocean Beach Ibiza boutique and the goodie bags.
It will be your responsibility to ensure that the merch we order and send to Ibiza for the whole summer is managed correctly – correct number of items is given out each day etc.
You will have to work closely along side the boutique guys to ensure our stock inside the boutique never runs low and is replenished regularly.
Do fashion shows around Ocean Beach Ibiza with signage to show clothes available in the boutique.
Collect social content – girls with our merch, the crane shows, girls wearing ISAW etc and send all back to head office to post on social.
Look after all influencers we send over Ibiza ensuring they have ISAW product to wear, know the hashtags to use, ensure they post and feel accommodated etc at Ocean Beach Ibiza, STK etc.
Ensure you are aware of any influencers who are in Ibiza or traveling to Ibiza to ensure that we are reaching out to them to try and collab.

This role will see you responsible for supporting the merchandising function to ensure that the relevant stakeholders have accurate data which can directly, pro actively and consistently inform decisions relating to maximising profitability and contributing to overall business strategy and growth.
To support the Head of Merchandising to ensure that the buying function is effectively controlled within the agreed business strategy, and that all necessary frameworks, controls and skill sets are in situ to enable the necessary degree of both long term planning and in season trading to maximise business performance.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
• Using data to optimise the sales volume and profitability of all designated product areas.
• Planning of budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy based on the overall business and financial goals of the company.
