Where is my order?
You can track your order using the tracking code found in the dispatch email. If you did not receive the email please check your junk mail folder. If you still can’t find the email then contact us using the online enquiry form. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been confirmed you won’t be able to cancel it. You can return your items within 28 days for a refund once they arrive.

What do I do if the item is incorrect or damaged?
If the items are incorrect or damaged then you should return the item(s) and tick on the appropriate reason for returning the item on the returns slip which came with your package. In the UK you can return the items for free by taking your item to the Post Office. International customers are responsible for their own postage costs when returning items.

What do I do if I haven’t received my order?
